We understand that any project falls under certain time restrictions. We would like you to know that we will be able do our best to meet the start and finish dates most convenient for you. We will also do the responsible thing and tell you, if there are issues with the timeline you have in mind.
A remodel will require quite a few decisions. If there are multiple decision-making parties involved we would like them to be present at the initial meeting in order to avoid any misunderstandings or delays if you chose to move into the next phase of the project with us.
Please spend some thought on how much your project should cost. We want to know what your expectations are so we can best merge budgetary restrictions and aesthetic goals. You as the customer know best, how much you would like to invest. You don't have to know exact numbers, those vary with the estimate, but it is important to establish a range. This makes it possible for us to advise you and to make sure we can meet your expectations.
After we have discussed your project in our meeting, we will move on to the estimating and planning stage. We will, within a reasonable time frame, create a list of the needed materials, source any special products that may be required, estimate labor amounts and draw up a project schedule. We normally submit the estimate personally.
